Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Processing times may be extended during holidays or peak periods, but I will notify you of any delays.

  • North America: 7-14 business days
  • Australia & Oceania: 10-20 business days
  • Asia: 10-20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the package's weight, dimensions, and destination. I offer the following options:

  1. Standard Shipping: Economical option with tracking available in most regions.
  2. Express Shipping: Faster delivery for an additional fee, with full tracking.
  • Free UK and Northern Ireland Standard Shipping is available for orders over £30 in selected regions.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders outside the UK and EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary depending on the destination country's laws. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.


Shipping Restrictions

I cannot ship to the following:

  • Countries under embargo or restricted by international shipping regulations.
  • PO Box addresses in certain regions due to courier limitations.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

  • Lost or Missing Packages: If your package does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please contact me at opalmoth23@gmail.com. I will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Orders: If your package arrives damaged, please email me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item(s) and packaging.
